The high wear-resistant elastic polyurethane composite screen is a new kind screen which uses the steel plate as skeleton core layer, and put the wear-resistant elastic polyurethane material on the steel plate to make it. The sieve holes’ section is trapezoidal structure and the mesh size is 0.08-180mm, so there is no blocking phenomenon to filter materials. It also has the characters of high aperture ratio, good screening efficiency, strong shock resistance, high wear resistance, tear resistance and long service life, so it is the first choice to screen the large and medium particle materials in metallurgical ore dressing   and water sands system. The groove design, aperture, thickness and boundary dimension can be designed according to customers’ machine specifications and requirements to meet the users’ demands.
